Our company has always paid particular attention to the processing and protection of personal data of its Customers, Users, Suppliers, Collaborators and all those with whom it comes into contact. Why this Privacy policy and to whom is it addressed?

This page describes the methods of processing the personal data of Customers and Suppliers of our Company, or what information we collect, how we collect it, what we do with it, how we protect it, how long we store it for, and the rights of the Data subjects regarding their own information.

In addition to information regarding Legal persons, we may collect information concerning Workers of our Customers and Suppliers, such as contact details (email, telephone number, etc.), personal and tax data, as well as other personal data of a common nature required for the performance of existing or future contractual relationships with our company.

The e-mail coordinates of our Customers may be used for the direct sending of our advertising material or direct sales or for the fulfillment of their own market research or commercial communication. This promotional activity may concern only goods and services similar to those subject of the contractual relationship.
We remind you that, at the time of the collection of your data and on the occasion of any communication made for the aforementioned purposes, you may object to the processing using the appropriate opt-out operation available in any communication received or contacting us in the manner indicated at the bottom of this privacy policy. You will be immediately notified of the interruption of the processing.

The transfer of information relating to our Customers or Suppliers, even temporary, to a country outside the European Union, can only take place if necessary for the performance of obligations arising from a contract to which the Customer or Supplier is a party or to fulfill, before conclusion of the contract, their specific requests, or for the conclusion or execution of a contract concluded in their favor.

How long do we keep your information for?

We keep the information of our customers or suppliers as long as necessary for the management of existing contractual relationships.

Right to complain

Data subjects who believe that the processing of personal data reported to them is in violation of the provisions of the Regulations have the right to lodge a complaint with the Guarantor, as provided for by article 77 of the Regulations, or to start appropriate judicial proceedings (article 79 of the Regulations).
