Why this Privacy policy and to whom is it addressed?

This page describes the methods of processing the personal data of Customers and Suppliers of our Company, or what information we collect, how we collect it, what we do with it, how we protect it, how long we store it for, and the rights of the Data subjects regarding their own information.

This privacy policy, addressed to Customers and Suppliers, describes our privacy practices.

What information do we collect?

In addition to information regarding Legal persons, we may collect information concerning Workers of our Customers and Suppliers, such as contact details (email, telephone number, etc.), personal and tax data, as well as other personal data of a common nature required for the performance of existing or future contractual relationships with our company.


We collect two types of information: Personal Information (usable for uniquely identifying an individual, e.g. email address) and Non-Personal Information (relating to Legal Persons or which do not allow the identification of an individual).

We collect Information about you for the following purposes:

  • execution of a contract to which your Company is a party or execution of pre-contractual measures taken at the request of your Company;

We remind you that, at the time of the collection of your data and on the occasion of any communication made for the aforementioned purposes, you may object to the processing using the appropriate opt-out operation available in any communication received or contacting us in the manner indicated at the bottom of this privacy policy. You will be immediately notified of the interruption of the processing.


We collect and use information to enable effective management of contractual relationships. We can, except in case of opt-out, use your email to send you our commercial offers.

How long do we keep your information for?

We keep the information of our customers or suppliers as long as necessary for the management of existing contractual relationships.
We may continue to retain such information even after the fulfillment of the purpose for which it was collected to the extent that it is reasonably necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud and abuse, respect the contracts signed and / or protect our legitimate interests.


We keep information for the time necessary to manage contractual relationships and to fulfill legal obligations.

We remind you that you have the right at any time to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning you processed by us and to know its content and origin, verify its accuracy or request additions to the data, updating or rectification.

Right to complain

Data subjects who believe that the processing of personal data reported to them is in violation of the provisions of the Regulations have the right to lodge a complaint with the Guarantor, as provided for by article 77 of the Regulations, or to start appropriate judicial proceedings (article 79 of the Regulations).

We will respond to requests within a reasonable time frame and, in any case, no later than 30 days from receipt.
