Your privacy is very important for us, therefore we wish to inform you about the methods according to which we collect and use your personal data.

Our Company has always been careful to process and protect the personal data of its Customers, Users, Suppliers, Collaborators and all those subjects with whom it entertains relations. For this reason, in order to fully comply with the law, Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30th June 2003 and EU Regulation 2016/679, Caberg has adopted a suitable Privacy, Organisational Model.

Said Code and Regulation foresee that, whomever processes personal data, shall inform the concerned party on the processed data and some processing details: the above shall take place with uprightness, legality and transparency, protecting your privacy and rights. Pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 and art. 13 and 14 of EU Regulation 2016/679, we provide you the following information.

Why this Privacy Policy?

This page describes the management methods of our site in respect to the processing of the users' personal data. The privacy policy is intended for those who interact with Caberg's web services, which can be accessed online at: The privacy policy is rendered only for Caberg’s website and not for other sites potentially consulted by the user through links. The privacy policy is also inspired to Recommendation no. 2/2001, adopted on 17th May 2001 by European Data Protection Authorities, joined in the Group instituted pursuant to art. 29 of Directive no. 95/46/EC, to determine some minimum requirements to collect personal data online and in particular, the methods, times and nature of the information that Data Controllers shall provide to users when the latter connect to web pages, regardless of connection scopes.


This privacy policy describes our practices with regards to privacy, the information we collect about our visitors and users, the collecting methods, scopes, how we protect it and the User’s rights in relation to his personal data.

Which information do we collect?

Browsing data

The IT systems and software procedures intended for the operation of this website acquire some personal data during regular functioning, which transmission is implicit in the use of internet communication protocols.

This information is not collected to be linked to identified subjects but due to its nature, may allow identifying users through elaborations and associations with data held by third parties.

This data category includes IP addresses or the domain names of the computers used by visitors when connecting to the site, URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of requested resources, request time, method used to send the request to the server, size of the response file, numeric code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters concerning the user’s operating system and IT environment.

This data is used only to obtain anonymous statistic information on the use of the site and monitor proper functioning, and it is deleted immediately after being processed. This data could be used to ascertain liability in case of computer crimes at the detriment of the site.

Optional data provided by the user

The optional, explicit and voluntary transmission of emails to the addresses indicated on this site or filling the relative forms, implies the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s address and personal data required to respond to requests and/or provide the requested services, and potential other personal data contained in the message (and attachments) or suitable forms.

Data will be processed with computer and telecommunication procedures, to respond to requests and/or provide the requested service.



We collect two types of information: Personal information (used to identify an individual univocally) and non-personal information (it does not allow identification).

Third party’s services

Caberg collaborates with a series of selected service suppliers whose services and solutions integrate, facilitate and improve ours.

These are hosting services and co-location services, communications, IT security services, invoicing and payment processing services, marketing services, fraud detection and prevention services, web analyses, distribution of newsletters and monitoring services, session recording and remote access services, suppliers of contents and our legal and financial consultants.

These Third Party’s Services may receive or otherwise access the Personal Information of our Users, whether fully or in part, according to their particular roles and scopes aimed at improving and facilitating our Services, and can be used only for said purposes. 

Fulfilment of legal obligations

Caberg may diffuse or otherwise grant access of the User's Personal information to third parties, in force of a legal obligation such as a lawsuit, legal proceeding, search warrant, court order or pursuant to applicable laws, in good faith if it deems that such obligation is set forth by law, with or without notifying the User. 

Social media functions

Our website may include some Social Media functions and widgets, such as the “Facebook Like” button, or the “Share” button or other interactive mini-programs. These Social Media Functions may collect information such as the User’s IP address or page being visited on our Site and may set a cookie to allow proper functioning.

Social Media Functions are hosted by third parties. The User’s interactions with these third parties are regulated by their privacy policies, and not ours.

Caberg's affiliated companies

We may share Personal Information internally with the companies of our Group, for the scopes described in this Privacy Policy. Moreover, in case the corporate structure of Caberg S.p.a. or one of its affiliated companies changes, for example through merger, acquisition or purchase of all its assets, the User’s Personal Information may be shared with the parties involved in said transactions.

Should we deem in good faith that said change to the corporate governance structure may substantially affect the User’s Personal Information stored with us, we will inform the User via email and/or publish a notice on our Site concerning this event and the User’s choices regarding his Personal Information.



We may share information concerning our visitors and users with third parties, including some service suppliers and officers in charge to enforce laws.
The information can be shared exclusively in compliance with this privacy policy.

When can we contact you?

Promotional messages

By registering to our newsletter and providing the email address or other contact information, the User explicitly accepts to receive promotional contents via email.

In order not to receive said promotional messages, the User can notify Caberg at any time or follow the registration cancellation or suspension instructions contained in the received promotional notices.


Prior explicit consent, the User may receive our messages and promotional contents.
The User can choose not to receive promotional messages by simply contacting or using our registration cancellation options.

How long do we store information? 

We can store the User’s Personal Information for the time required to provide our Services.

We can continue storing said Personal Information also after completing the use of any particular Service, to the extent required to fulfil legal obligations, settle disputes concerning our Users, prevent frauds and abuses, comply with undersigned contracts and/or protect our legitimate interests.

Moreover, you have the right to request deletion, transformation in anonymous form or block of data processed in breach of laws, and request processing restrictions or objection.
