WARNING: This helmet is not homologated for use in the United States of America and Canada. The helmet has been homologated according to the European Standard requirement ECE 22.06; therefore the use of this helmet is allowed only in the countries/nations where the homologation standard ECE/ONU 22.06 is in force. Models may vary and not be available in all markets. As part of its policy of continuous product improvement, Caberg reserves the right to change the specifications of its products in the light of new technologies or to meet the needs of the homologation standards.
The DRIFT EVO II is Caberg’s top of the range full-face helmet with a modern and sport-inspired design, developed for the most demanding touring bikers.
Following the huge success of the previous model, DRIFT EVO, in production until the end of 2023, Caberg decided to introduce an evolution of this well-known helmet with a completely renewed lightweight shell, available in fiber glass and also in carbon fiber. The outer shell is produced in two sizes (the small one from XS to M, while the large one from size L to XXL) in order to offer the perfect balance between comfort and fitting. The rear spoiler gives a sporty and aggressive look to the helmet, and helps enhancing aerodynamics at higher speed and reduce turbulences. The DRIFT EVO II features a transparent anti-scratch visor and an anti-fog adjustable Pinlock Max Vision 70 lens included in the box. The DRIFT EVO II is equipped with an easy-to-use quick release visor mechanism that allows visor self-adjustment to guarantee a close contact of visor and window beading. In order to avoid the visor sudden opening during a ride, the DRIFT EVO II is equipped with a visor central locking system and opening button that consents to stop the visor leaving a minimum opening to eliminate fogging. The DRIFT EVO II also features an integrated anti-scratch sun visor DVT (Double Visor Tech), easily maneuverable with a lateral lever. The DRIFT EVO II air circulation is ensured by two vents on the chin guard that drive air directly to the inner side of the visor to avoid misting; two vents on top to channel fresh air inside the helmet and four rear extractors that favor the discharge of hot and stale air. The inner lining, made with the best hypoallergenic and transpiring fabrics to guarantee maximum freshness, is entirely removable and washable. The cheek pads are equipped with a quick release system that allows an easy and safe removal in case of emergency while the helmet’s still being worn just by pulling the red strips. The cheek pads have also been ergonomically shaped to permit the accommodation of glasses. The chin strap fastening system is equipped with an aluminum double D-ring. For the ECE 22.06 homologated DRIFT EVO II model, Caberg has developed an electronic device, the CABERG SOS MEDICAL ID installed in your helmet, which can store your personal data, medical records and emergency contacts.
If you are injured or in need for emergency care, thanks to its NFC technology, it’s possible for responders to rapidly obtain with their smartphone, the data stored on the CABERG SOS MEDICAL ID logo. Your emergency contacts can also be notified of your location via SMS.
The DRIFT EVO II is ready to be equipped with the Caberg Pro Speak EVO communication system that allows you to listen to music through your mobile or an MP3, to stay connected with your riding partner or passenger up to a distance of 200 mt, but also to connect to a GPS system. To guarantee the maximum safety DRIFT EVO II passed all the ECE 22.06 tests also with Caberg Pro Speak EVO installed.
DRIFT EVO II comes in two solid colors, four graphic versions (JARAMA, CROK, PRISM and NOBO), in the Carbon version with full plain carbon shell and glossy finish and in three carbon graphic versions: Carbon Nova Red with glossy finish and the two matt options Carbon MSPORT and CBR.
