Caberg supports MotoForPeace Onlus: on April 19 they’ll start riding in South Africa!

MotoForPeace will start riding in Africa on April19! This non-profit organization, set up by members of the Italian State Police, which comprehends also Italian Carabinieri and officers from police enforcements of other nations, pursues humanitarian purposes by carrying out motorcycle expeditions in developing countries and territories affected by wars or natural disasters.

Its main objectives are the implementation of humanitarian aid activities and the support to local development projects, by improving civil society’s awareness and promoting fundraising for selected scopes.

The 2018 project intends to support the commitment of Catholic missionaries working in Africa and helping local population with serene daily work, carried out with faith, responsibility and self-denial, too often unnoticed.

Caberg proudly supports this main initiative for social purposes by providing them its helmets, specifically:

– 11 Tourmax Marathon,
– 2 Droid Patriot,
– 6 Duke II Legend.

The expedition will leave on April 19 from Cape Town and it will last 56 days, following a path through Namibia, Luanda, Angola, Zambia, Zimbabwe, Botswana and Lesotho, coming back to the South African capital on next June 17.

Caberg has decided to support with enthusiasm this courageous and generous motorbike expedition, sharing its spirit of solidarity and humanitarian mission. The support to this project is also a further testimony of the attention for Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) given by the company based in Bergamo.
