In the final race of the Supersport 300 World Championship, Luca Bernardi
, who wears a Caberg Drift Evo
helmet with his own custom graphics, has provided an excellent performance, particularly important considering that the young Italian rider has taken part in the World Championship for the first time. The practice session wasn’t good for him and then he started from the sixth row. In the race, however, Bernardi was very fast from the first laps. He reached the compact leading group and finished in fifth place, a few tenths from the winner.
, who uses the Caberg Drift Evo
helmet in the Supersport World Championship, did not succeed in the race as he did in the practice session. After having qualified directly for Superpole2, the English rider got the eleventh place and started from the fourth row in the race. Unfortunately, he immediately lost contact with the leading group, but managed to keep a solid pace and finished eighth.
After finishing the Superpole1 in second place and gaining direct access to the Superpole2, the #Cabergrider Ayrton Badovini took the ninth place. After starting well from the third row, the MV Agusta team rider did not find a race pace fast enough to remain in the leading group and crossed the line in twelfth position.
The next round of the Supersport 600 world championship will be held in the weekend of 12-14th October at the San Juan Villicum circuit in Argentina.
