Caberg Drift Evo looks to the East: the full-face helmet reviewed by a Slovakian Magazine
The Slovakian Magazine Svet Motocyklov has reviewed our full-face helmet Drift Evo (Carbon version): here the full article, enjoy the reading!

Sporty Carbon helmet
Sporty style carbon helmets are getting more and more popular and even more accessible. We tested for you the full face carbon sports helmet from Italian manufacturer Caberg- the new Drift Evo.

Drift Evo
The new helmet Drift Evo follows up on its popular ancestor sporty model Drift from the year 2016 but with some important improvements. The first improvement is 2 shell sizes. Helmets in sizes XS-M are made of smaller shell and sizes L-XXL are made of larger size shell. In our case, we received for the testing helmet in size Large. The interior lining is designed to fit beautifully due to the sporty snug fit together with the comfort of adventure style helmets. The third improvement on a helmet is the most visible since is the Spoiler on the back of the helmet. The spoiler improves the aerodynamics during high speeds and reduces turbulence of helmet. Above the functional benefits, the spoiler adds more sporty and aggressive feel which results in a great looking helmet.

Sporty as well as touring
Although the type of helmet is more sports style, we tested this helmet also on touring enduro bike Triumph Tiger 800.  We have to admit the helmet stood its own even during long rides. The comfort and noise reduction did not disappoint. Ventilation worked great in the warmest days and in contrary during cold early mornings we welcomed original Pinlock Max Vision. The integrated sun visor is getting more common lately so in this helmet category it was expected too. In the case of Drift Evo helmet, the Sun visor is easy to remove which especially race drivers can appreciate.

Tricomposite
The Drift Evo is a sporty carbon lightweight helmet to please all drivers looking for a low weight as well as high safety. Since it weighs only 1250g the helmet feels like a feather when you carry it in your hand. Used material Tricomposite (fiberglass, Kevlar, carbon) is a combination of lightweight carbon with flexibility and strength of other 2 materials. Notwithstanding the materials used Drift Evo price is affordable. Considering the Tricomposite material, fitting, and high construction quality the price €369, 00 is a very reasonable amount of money.
